Here are the most common questions we get about Connec8 Plans.

How does the AI create the workout and diet plans?

The AI uses the goals, experience level, and preferences submitted by your members when they scan your gym QR code. It generates a personalized 12-week push/pull/legs plan and a tailored diet plan. Your staff can review, edit, or regenerate any part of the plan before it is sent to the member.

Can my trainers edit the plans?

Yes. The AI does the heavy lifting to create the baseline plan, but your staff has full control. They can swap exercises, adjust sets and reps, or use the "Ask AI" feature for quick alternative suggestions before publishing the plan.

What do my gym members see?

Members download the Connec8 Plans Member app. They log in to see the exact workout and diet plans your staff approved for them. They can log their sets, track their daily calories, and monitor their progress directly from their phone.

What happens if a member leaves my gym?

You have full control over access. In the Staff app, you can disable app access for any member with a single switch. They will immediately lose access to the plans and tracking features.

What counts as a credit?

Credits are consumed when the AI generates a plan. A workout plan costs 1 credit, and a diet plan costs 2 credits. Manual edits by your staff do not cost credits.

Do I need a long-term contract?

No. Connec8 Plans is a month-to-month subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time right from the app.
