By accessing and using Connec8 Plans Member, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Connec8 Plans Member provides a mobile app for gym members to view AI-powered workout and diet plans assigned by their gym, track workouts, log nutrition and weight, and monitor fitness progress. Some features — such as calorie and activity logging — are available without an active gym seat; viewing plans from your gym requires a live membership seat. We provide the platform; your gym is responsible for the plans and services it delivers to you.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (OTP and password).
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You agree not to access the service using automated means involving bots or scrapers.

The app shows workout and diet plans that your gym generates using artificial intelligence from information you supply — fitness goals, body metrics, dietary preferences, and any medical or dietary restrictions you voluntarily disclose. Your gym reviews each plan before assigning it to you.

• Before starting any new exercise program, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
• Before starting any new diet or nutrition program, you should consult a doctor or registered dietitian, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have any medical condition, are taking medication, are recovering from injury, or have a history of eating disorders.
• You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any plan for your circumstances and for stopping immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse reaction.

By using AI-generated plans, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

• Gym services: We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by your gym. Any disputes regarding gym facilities or services must be resolved directly with your gym.
• Personal injury: You acknowledge that exercise involves risks. Connec8 Plans is not liable for any injuries or damages you may sustain while using gym facilities or following workout or diet plans.
• Indirect damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.

Workout logs, food entries, weight records and other tracking data you enter are stored to provide the app’s features. You retain ownership of what you submit; we use it only to operate the service for you and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account in the app, or as described on our account deletion page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal, India have exclusive jurisdiction. We will try to resolve any dispute directly with you first.

We may change these terms, and the date at the top will move. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. By continuing to use the service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
